How to learn the key accounting accounts ?
 
With  Level 1, you will master the 3 basic documents of accounting, namely, the general ledger, the journal and the trial balance. You will know how to fill the 7 most often used  accounts in accounting. Namely,  capital account, long term asset account , bank account, client/receivable account, supplier/vendor payable account, plus the costs & revenues acc.                                                                   
Finally, you will draw the trial balance at the end of your first accounting period.
 
Next step will be Level 2 where you will learn another batch of 11 key accounts, making a total of 18 accounts inside your general ledger.
 
A level which will make you a skilled bookkeeper for current operations representing 80 % of all accounting entries used in a company. 
 
Your new skills will make your learning of a new software much faster.
 
How to find your first accounting job ? 
Once you have completed level 1, learning on classic accounting books will be much easier.
 
Then, once level 1 or level 2 is completed you are qualified to take tests at a job center on a computer to get a new job. We assume you will update yourself on one of the major new accounting softwares. You will benefit from a comparative review of same on this new website.
 
We recommand to first try to work as an intern inside a CPA office, whatever the salary. A few months of work will polish your profile and you will the be in a position to apply as a trained PC operator with a small local company or a larger institution. The A4S website will be available to help you, including tests certificates on how you scored on a number of accounts you are able to work on.
Remember that accounting rules are universal and our courses assume that you add expertise for a specific national environnement. Each country has its own regulations. Just customize your trazining.
